Q What is the minimum order? A 30 Cards
Q Does this website use Pop Ups? A Yes it does use Pop Ups. These are required to enable functionality of the website.
Q What is timescales and how long will my order take? A We quote 10 working days, but we aim to deliver in 7working days.
Q Do you have a Brochure? A We do have a Brochure
Q Is your discount off all of the order? A We will discount 20% off all of the order only off the Internet.
Q Will you take an order off the telephone? A No
Q Do all cards have a paper insert? A Yes but you can also have on certain cards print direct.
Q How can I pay? A By credit card through Protx our secure payment provider.
Q Is delivery Free and can you delivery Internationally? A Yes anywhere in the UK mainland on a 24 Hour service. For the Channel Islands, IOM and Ireland the charge is £18 to up to 72 Hours For Europe and the Rest of the World please email us at sales@christmas-charitycards.co.uk
Q Who is your carrier? A Interlink – you can be emailed or sent a text at the point of despatch with your consignment number for tracking go to www.interlinkexpress.com
Q Can I track my order on line? A Yes login and go to track my order.
Q How much do the Charities receive? A 10 pence per card.
Q What is the latest date that I can order? A Friday the 12th December is the last date but order early to avoid the hassle
Q Can I have samples? A You can have up to 3 Blank card samples, which will be posted in 24 Hours email us at sales@christmas-charitycards.co.uk
Q Will I receive a proper VAT invoice? A Yes your invoice will be attached to your delivery
