JAVA
The JAVA VM is the essential part of our on-line Personalisation, so you will need this installed on your computer before you begin to create your card. If you can see the CCC waving flag below, then you have JAVA. Otherwise if you are experiencing a similar screen to this one below when personalising, then the JAVA VM is not installed. Please click on the link below to download the latest version for FREE!

We also recommend that the site is best viewed in at least a 1024 x 768 resolution using the latest Browsers, such as Internet Explorer 7,8 or FireFox 3 and Google Chrome. There are some known issues with Safari on Apple Macs when Personalising. If you are using an Apple Mac and you are having trouble, just contact us at CCC Support

POP UPS
During Personalisation, separate 'Pop Up' Windows are used for Uploading of images/photos and when creating PDF Proofs of your card should you want to. If a Pop Up Blocker is installed on your computer then these windows will not appear unless you Allow them or they are turned Off. We recommend you Allow Pop Ups for our site before you start to Personalise.

Here are some simple steps showing you how to do this, specific to the Browser you are using :-

Firefox 2 and 3
1. Click on the 'Tools' Menu Option.
2. Select 'Options'.
3. Now choose the 'Content' Tab.
4. From the Panel, Click on 'Exceptions' which is to the right of 'Block Pop Up windows'.
5. Type www.christmas-charitycards.co.uk into the 'Address of Web Site' and Click 'Allow'.
6. You may now have to re-start Firefox.


IE 7 and 8
1. Click on the 'Tools' Menu Option.
2. Select 'Pop-Up Blocker'
3. Now choose 'Pop-Up Blocker Settings'
4. Type www.christmas-charitycards.co.uk into the 'Address of Web Site' and Click 'Add'.
5. You may now have to re-start IE7.
